How do I cancel my membership?
For all cancellation requests, please direct your communication to [email protected]. Kindly note that we do not accept cancellations over the phone or through verbal requests made within the club premises.
To ensure smooth processing, please be aware that all cancellation requests necessitate a calendar month’s notice prior to the minimum commitment date. Upon receipt of your cancellation request via email, you will promptly receive an email containing a link to access and complete our cancellation form.
Following submission of the cancellation form, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the final payment and end date of your membership agreement. For comprehensive information regarding our terms and conditions, these can be conveniently accessed via our app or requested directly from our team.
It’s important to understand that our membership agreements typically feature commitment periods of 1, 6, or 12 months. Subsequently, agreements transition into a month-by-month basis once the initial commitment period has elapsed, persisting until the agreement is formally terminated.
Please be advised that any instances of missed or failed membership payments will be subject to the procedures outlined in our terms and conditions of membership, which may include the initiation of debt recovery processes.
